I have several nice photos on file that can be used for textured, but somehow I cannot shake off the idea of human skin. I wanted something organic and here is what I came up with, using my right hand to take photos of my left hand. Maybe the title of this photo should be aging? Maybe someone will start selling me skin products after this post. Maybe my coworkers finally can accept the face that I am approaching retirement.

I love this! I can remember how fascinated I was with the texture of my grandmother’s hands when I was a young girl. Now I look down on mine and see the same textures creeping up. You captured the beauty of life in this shot. Thank you for sharing.
